How fast can my flowers get deliver?

We offer same-day delivery and next-day delivery! We generally deliver from 10am - 6pm every day of the week. Just pick the most convenient time for your recipient!

Do you all deliver flower bouquet to other states of Malaysia?

Yes, we do. Just order as normal but we do have extra charges.

 

Can I order and pick up from your shop?

Yes, of course. Just remember when you checkout, choose self-pickup as delivery method.

How are my flowers delivered?

Our awesome courier team delivers your flowers on car, van and motorbike.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing! Delivery for is free of charge! Only some locations we might have some small charges.

 

 

What time do I need to order for same day delivery?

Order before 1pm and get your blooms delivered the same-day!
Although we can do same day deliveries but we would appreciate your advance orders one day before from the delivery period.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

You’ll receive a confirmation email for your purchase, we can also issue an invoice (pdf) by email at your request.

 

Can I change the flowers I ordered?

Of course you can as long as we haven't arrange those flowers yet!

Give us a sms, whatsapp or call at +6017-7205366 or send us an e-mail, and our amazing customer service team would be more than happy to make those changes.

Can I change my delivery time?

You can only change the delivery one day before the actual deliver date.

You cannot change it for same day delivery order.

Can I make changes to my personal message?

Definitely! As long as the flowers are still in our office. Send us your changes by replying to your order confirmation email!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but a 50% cancellation charge is applicable for any order that is confirmed and paid.

What types of payment can I use?

At this moment, we accept Visa, Mastercard credit card by Paypal and also local bank transfer. 

 

How do I add a promo code?

If you have our promo code, type in your promo code at checkout, on the checkout page!

 

How long do refunds take?

For cancellation case, usually less than 3 days.
